Fun, human-first business guidance

Hi, I’m Kristin. I’m a Certified Public Accountant and a 15+ year veteran of Corporate America.

A woman sitting on a leather couch holding a gray tablet with a cover, smiling at the camera, with a window and a green potted plant in the background.

I’ve spent my career leading teams, shaping culture, and working deep inside the systems that power large organizations. While I valued that experience, I also started to feel that something important was missing.

Over time, through working alongside brilliant, creative, and deeply driven entrepreneurs, I saw a consistent pattern: finance and leadership are often treated like a black box. Too many people are made to feel that personal finance and business knowledge is complex, guarded, or only accessible to a select few.

I whole-heartedly disagree.

Too often, the space leans on fear, jargon, and unnecessary complexity, sometimes under the assumption that it protects expertise or value.

I believe that model is outdated.

Access to clear financial understanding, practical business strategy, and confident leadership tools shouldn’t be restricted — especially for women and underrepresented individuals and entrepreneurs who are already doing the hardest part: building meaningful lives and businesses in the real world.

At the same time, I see a broader systemic gap: our education system simply doesn’t prepare people for the realities of managing personal finances, running businesses, leading teams, or making financially sound decisions with confidence.

My mission is to change that.

I’m here to demystify business and finance, share what I know openly, and help individuals and small business owners build better relationships with money and it’s role in life. It’s time to change the game and level up to financial and business support that provides advocacy, authenticity, openness, and instills in you the confidence to succeed.
